When you book a session with me there is a lot of planning on my end. I will start by asking you a series of questions to make my job easier and to fulfill everything you want out of your session. If you have any specific shots that you want or have seen, feel free to send them to me or show me at the time of your session. With Facebook and Pinterest there are so many ideas out there I understand if you have something that you want to try (and it may be something that I wanted to try as well). I also am a person that does not like to rush things so your session will be easy going and everyone can have a good time. There is no time limit to your session especially when we add very many people and/or children to the session. I also will ask where you would like to do the session. While I may have a few places in mind, the ultimate decision is yours considering they are you pictures. I am very flexible with where we take the pictures. If you want to do a couple of different places (especially when we are talking senior pictures) that is just fine with me. For adults a start to finish session should only take about an hour or two, but when you add children sometimes we need a little extra time. For boudoir sessions I ask that you find a place that you will be the most comfortable in. With every session I will take lots of pictures and you will end up with more than you are probably used to. At the end of the session I will reassure you that we got your key shots by showing a couple of them to you (if you would like) and then take them home to edit.
During the editing process I will take out the bare minimum and make a few enhancements that you have expressed interest in, as well as a few of my own favorites. I will then meet with you to give you the CD or I will send it to you if I have traveled for you session. I keep all pictures on an external hard drive so if something happens to your pictures you can always call to get a new copy of the CD and/or pictures. Remember that with every session I do have the right to use your pictures for advertising. If there is some reason that you would prefer for me to not, let me know (there are always exception).
